1. The Service

Giftwrapped (“we,” “us,” or “the service”) is operated by FloMoney LLC, a United States limited liability company. The service lets users create birthday video links, record short video messages for friends, and receive birthday reminders via SMS. By using Giftwrapped, you agree to these terms.

2. SMS Messaging Program

Giftwrapped sends two types of SMS messages:

• One-time verification links — sent when you enter your phone number to access a feature. These confirm your identity and do not constitute enrollment in recurring messaging.
• Recurring birthday notifications — sent only after you provide explicit opt-in consent by checking the consent box during account creation or joining. These include birthday reminders for people you follow and delivery of birthday video playlists.

Program details for the recurring messaging program:

• Program name: Giftwrapped
• Message frequency: approximately 1–4 messages per month, varying based on the number of birthdays you are subscribed to.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out of all messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• To re-subscribe, reply START.
• For HELP, reply HELP to any message or email support@birthdayfor.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information or opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Birthday Sharing Consent

Your birthday is never shared without your explicit consent. Each time you share your birthday through Giftwrapped, you will be shown exactly who it will be shared with and asked to confirm. You may share your birthday with one person at a time and each share requires a separate, informed confirmation.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Giftwrapped. By providing your phone number, you confirm you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of videos you record. By recording a video, you grant Giftwrapped a limited license to store and deliver it to the intended recipient. Do not record content that is unlawful, harassing, or violates others' privacy.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
