I contributed to a celebration. How do I get a refund?
Before the celebration day, just email us — refunds are issued within one business day to your original payment method. See our full Refund Policy for details on what's eligible after the celebration day.
My gift card hasn't arrived
Giftwrapped Gift Cards are emailed to the celebrant on the morning of their birthday. Check the celebrant's spam folder first. If it's still missing 24 hours after the birthday, email us with the celebration link or the celebrant's name and we'll resend.
Where's my order from shop.gift-wrapped.com?
You'll receive an email when your order ships, including a tracking link. Most items arrive within 5–10 business days. If something's wrong with your order, email us with your order number and we'll make it right.
Can I get a copy of my receipt?
Yes — email us the email address you used and the approximate date and we'll resend any receipt or transaction record.
A celebration is happening for me. How do I claim my gift?
You'll receive a text or email on your birthday with a private link to your celebration video and your Giftwrapped Gift Card. The gift card is redeemable at shop.gift-wrapped.com — just click through and your credit is applied at checkout. The credit never expires.
I don't want my video / message included anymore
Email us with the celebration link and your name, and we'll remove your contribution within one business day.
